My mission
Strength and Conditioning training methods involve enhancing athletic abilities within the specific demands of a particular sport. Strength training seeks to improve a person’s ability to exert forces required for speed, agility and power. On the other hand, ‘conditioning’ aims to prepare individuals for the metabolic demands within a particular sport. Conditioning training also incorporates strategies which aim to minimize the risk of injury. While professional tennis players often incorporate Strength & Conditioning (S&C) into their training, it is greatly underestimated by amateur and recreational tennis players. My goal is to promote the benefits of S&C for tennis players of all abilities. I would like to show you why S&C is so vital and how it can improve your athleticism, minimise the risk of injuries and make you a better player.
